  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nThis Regulation shall apply from the date of its entry into force. However, points (2) and (5) of Article 7 and Articles 8, 9 and 10 shall apply from 1 January 2020, and Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2022.",
