# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1013 of 16 April 2019 on prior notification of consignments of certain categories of animals and goods entering the Union (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from 14 December 2019.
