# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1026 of 21 June 2019 on technical arrangements for developing, maintaining and employing electronic systems for the exchange of information and for the storage of such information under the Union Customs Code, Article 16: Access management system

The Commission shall set up the access management system to validate the access requests submitted by economic operators and other persons within the UUM&DS system by interoperating with the Member States' identity and access management systems referred to in Article 18.
