# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1026 of 21 June 2019 on technical arrangements for developing, maintaining and employing electronic systems for the exchange of information and for the storage of such information under the Union Customs Code, Article 17: Administration management system

The Commission shall set up the administration management system to manage the authentication and authorisation rules for validating the identification data of economic operators and other persons for the purposes of allowing access to the electronic systems.
