  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:\n(1) ‘common component’ means a component of the electronic systems developed at Union level, which is available to all Member States;\n(2) ‘national component’ means a component of the electronic systems developed at national level, which is available in the Member State that created it.",
