  "text": "The Commission and the Member States shall designate contact points for each of the electronic systems for the purposes of exchanging information to ensure a coordinated development, operation and maintenance of those electronic systems.\nThey shall communicate the details of those contact points to each other and inform each other immediately of any changes to those details.",
