# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1026 of 21 June 2019 on technical arrangements for developing, maintaining and employing electronic systems for the exchange of information and for the storage of such information under the Union Customs Code, Article 32: National EORI system

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. A national EORI system, where created, shall be used by the customs authority of the Member State which created it to exchange and store EORI data.
2. A national EORI system shall interoperate with the central EORI system.
