Article 38 National trader portal

The national trader portal, where created, shall allow the exchange of information pertaining to AEO applications and decisions.
2.
Economic operators shall use the national trader portal, where created, to exchange information with the customs authorities with respect to AEO applications and decisions.
3.
The national trader portal shall interoperate with the national AEO system.
