# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1026 of 21 June 2019 on technical arrangements for developing, maintaining and employing electronic systems for the exchange of information and for the storage of such information under the Union Customs Code, Article 40: Development, testing, deployment and management of the electronic systems

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The common components shall be developed, tested, deployed and managed by the Commission. The national components shall be developed, tested, deployed and managed by the Member States.
2. The Member States shall ensure that the national components are interoperable with the common components.
