# Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1111 of 25 June 2019 on jurisdiction, the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, and on international child abduction (recast), Article 105: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. This Regulation shall apply from 1 August 2022, with the exception of Articles 92, 93 and 103, which shall apply from 22 July 2019.
