  "heading": "Cooperation and communication between courts",
  "text": "1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the courts may cooperate and communicate directly with, or request information directly from, each other provided that such communication respects the procedural rights of the parties to the proceedings and the confidentiality of information.\n2. The cooperation referred to in paragraph 1 may be implemented by any means that the court considers appropriate. It may, in particular, concern:\n(a) communication for the purposes of Articles 12 and 13;\n(b) information in accordance with Article 15;\n(c) information on pending proceedings for the purposes of Article 20;\n(d) communication for the purposes of Chapters III to V.",
