  "text": "Where there is a risk that it may prejudice the effective carrying out of the request or application under this Regulation for which the information was transmitted, the obligation to notify the data subject pursuant to Article 14(1) to (4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 may be deferred until the request or application has been carried out.",
