  "text": "If the account holder is part of a group, it shall provide a document clearly identifying the structure of the group. If that document is a copy, this shall be certified as a true copy by a notary public or other similar person specified by the national administrator. If the certified copy is issued outside the Member State requesting a copy, the copy shall be legalised, except otherwise provided for by national law. The date of the certification or legalisation shall not be more than three months prior to the date of application.",
