  "text": "The central administrator shall close an ESR Compliance Account not earlier than one month after the determination of the compliance status figure for that account pursuant to Article 59f, and after giving prior notice to the account holder.\nOn closure of the ESR Compliance Account, the central administrator shall ensure that the Union Registry transfers the AEAs remaining in the ESR Compliance Account to the ESR Deletion Account.",
