  "text": "1. For all transfers specified in this Title, Articles 34, 35 and 55 shall apply.\n2. Transfers to the ESR Compliance Accounts initiated in error may be reversed at the request of the national administrator. In such cases, Article 62(4), (6), (7) and (8) shall apply.",
