# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1122 of 12 March 2019 supplementing Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the functioning of the Union Registry (Text with EEA relevance), Article 59s: Execution and reversal of transfers

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. For all transfers specified in this Title, Articles 34, 35 and 55 shall apply.
2. Transfers to the ESR Compliance Accounts initiated in error may be reversed at the request of the national administrator. In such cases, Article 62(4), (6), (7) and (8) shall apply.
