# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1122 of 12 March 2019 supplementing Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the functioning of the Union Registry (Text with EEA relevance), Article 8: Accounts

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Member States and the central administrator shall ensure that the Union Registry contains accounts as specified in Annex I.
2. Each account type may hold the unit types as set out in Annex I.
