  "text": "The Authority shall coordinate, develop and apply interoperability frameworks to guarantee the exchange of information between Member States as well as with the Authority. Those interoperability frameworks shall be based on and supported by the European Interoperability Framework and by the European Interoperability Reference Architecture referred to in Decision (EU) 2015/2240.",
