# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1189 of 8 July 2019 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 implementing te Kimberley Process certification scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, point 3 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2020.
As far as Ireland is concerned, Annex III shall apply from 1 September 2019.
