  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1207\nof 15 July 2019\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Regulation (EC) No 329/2007, and in particular Article 47(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 30 August 2017, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2017/1509.\n(2)\nIn accordance with Article 47a(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1509, the Council reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annexes XV, XVI, XVII and XVIII to that Regulation.\n(3)\nOne person who was listed both in Annexes XIII and XV should be removed from Annex XV. The entry concerning one entity in Annex XVI should be updated.\n(4)\nAnnexes XV and XVI to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
