  "text": "1. The texts of the national laws, regulations and administrative provisions governing the conditions related to the accumulation phase referred to in Article 47 and the conditions related to the decumulation phase referred to in Article 57, including information about additional national procedures put in place for applying for advantages and incentives set at national level, where applicable, shall be made public and kept up to date by the relevant national authority.\n2. All competent authorities in a Member State shall maintain and keep up to date on their website a link to the texts referred to in paragraph 1.\n3. The publication of the texts referred to in paragraph 1 shall only be for informational purposes and shall not create legal obligations or liabilities for the relevant national authorities.",
