# Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 62: Powers of competent authorities

Each Member State shall ensure that the competent authorities have all supervisory and investigatory powers that are necessary for the exercise of their functions pursuant to this Regulation.
