# Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP) (Text with EEA relevance), Article 74: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall apply 12 months after the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the delegated acts referred to in Articles 28(5), 30(2), 33(3), 36(2), 37(2), 45(3) and 46(3).
