Article 12 Report

1.

Five years after the date of adoption of this Regulation, the Commission shall report to the European Parliament and the Council on the application of this Regulation.

2.

Member States and the relevant Union agencies shall provide the Commission with the necessary information for the preparation of the report on the application of this Regulation.
