Any power to make regulations under this Regulation—\n(a) is exercisable by the Secretary of State by statutory instrument; and\n(b) includes power to make:\n(i) different provision for different purposes;\n(ii) consequential, supplementary, transitional or transitory provision or savings.\n2. A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Regulation is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
