  "text": "The members of the Governing Board established on the basis of Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) No 1365/75 shall remain in office and exercise the functions of the Management Board as referred to in Article 5 of this Regulation until the appointment of the members of the Management Board and of the independent expert pursuant to Article 4(1) of this Regulation.",
