  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation—\na) ‘the appropriate computerised information management system’ is the system for official controls referred to in Article 131 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625;\nb) ‘place of destination’ means the place where the consignment is delivered for final unloading, as stated in the CHED;\nc) ‘TCBTA’ means the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.",
