  "text": "Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1689\nof 29 May 2019\ncorrecting the Romanian language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on settlement discipline\n(Text with EEA relevance)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on central securities depositories and amending Directives 98/26/EC and 2014/65/EU and Regulation (EU) No 236/2012 and in particular Article 6(5) and Article 7(15) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Romanian language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229 contains an error in Article 42 as regards the entry into force of the act.\n(2)\nDelegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
