  "heading": "Calculation of quantities of phase-in substances",
  "text": "The specific method for calculating quantities per year of phase-in substances, as set out in Article 3(30) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, shall continue to apply only until 31 December 2019. Once a registrant has completed the registration of a substance, that registrant shall subsequently calculate his quantity of that substance per calendar year in accordance with Article 3(30) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.",
