Article 47 Repeals

Directive 94/3/EC, Decisions 92/486/EEC, 2003/24/EC, 2003/623/EC, 2004/292/EC, 2004/675/EC and 2005/123/EC, Regulation (EU) No 16/2011, and Implementing Decisions 2014/917/EU, (EU) 2015/1918 and (EU) 2018/1553 are repealed as from 14 December 2019.

References to those repealed acts shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex III.
