# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1776 of 9 October 2019 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Division 6: Heading 5910 does not apply to:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(a) transmission or conveyor belting, of textile material, of a thickness of less than 3 mm; or
(b) transmission or conveyor belts or belting of textile fabric impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with rubber or made from textile yarn or cord impregnated, coated, covered or sheathed with rubber (heading 4010).
