1. This Regulation establishes the following standard forms:

(2) ‘Competition’
(3) ‘Direct award prenotification’
(4) ‘Result’
(5) ‘Contract modification’
(6) ‘Change’
2. The standard forms referred to in paragraph 1 consist of the fields set out in the Annex.
