  "text": "At the time of entry into force of this Regulation, the best available technology on the market for external power supplies in terms of their no-load power consumption and average active efficiency was identified as follows:\n(a) No-load condition:\nThe lowest available no-load condition power consumption of external power supplies can be approximated as:\n0,002 watt, for PO ≤ 49,0 watts,\n0,010 watt, for PO > 49,0 watts.\n(b) Average active efficiency:\nThe best available active average efficiency of external power supplies can be approximated as:\n0,767, for PO ≤ 1,0 watt,\n0,905, for 1,0 watt < PO ≤ 49,0 watts,\n0,962, for PO > 49,0 watts.",
