Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The following points of Article 1 shall apply as from 1 January 2019:

2. (b)

   point (12) as regards Article 70a(3) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014.
