# Regulation (EU) 2019/1896 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2019 on the European Border and Coast Guard and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1052/2013 and (EU) 2016/1624, Article 99: Administrative and management structure of the Agency

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The administrative and management structure of the Agency shall include:
(a) a management board;
(b) an executive director;
(c) deputy executive directors; and
(d) a fundamental rights officer;
A consultative forum shall assist the Agency as an advisory body.
