# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1978 of 26 November 2019 amending Regulation (EC) No 1238/95 as regards the fees payable to the Community Plant Variety Office, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 April 2020.
