  "text": "‘1.\nThis chapter does not cover:\n(a) animal blood of heading 0511;\n…’\nCN code\nDescription\nQualification and explanation\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nex 3101 00 00\nAnimal or vegetable fertilisers, whether or not mixed together or chemically treated; fertilisers produced by the mixing or chemical treatment of animal or vegetable products\nOnly animal derived products in an un-adulterated form.\nCovers guano excluding mineralised guano.\nCovers manure mixed with processed animal protein, if used as fertiliser; but manure–chemical mixtures used as fertilisers are excluded (see heading 3105, which covers only mineral or chemical fertilisers).\nSpecific requirements for processed manure, derived products from processed manure and guano from bats are set out in Row 1 of Table 2 in Section 1 of Chapter II of Annex XIV to Regulation (EU) No 142/2011.\nex 3105 10 00\nGoods of this chapter in tablets or similar forms or in packages of a gross weight not exceeding 10 kg\nOnly fertilisers containing animal derived products.\nSpecific requirements for processed manure, derived products from processed manure and guano from bats are set out in Row 1 of Table 2 in Section 1 of Chapter II of Annex XIV to Regulation (EU) No 142/2011.",
