  1. 1This Regulation shall not apply to light sources specifically tested and approved to operate:

  3. 3Any light source within the scope of this Delegated Regulation shall be exempt from the requirements of this Regulation, with the exception of the requirements set out in point 4 of Annex V, if it is specifically designed and marketed for its intended use in at least one of the following applications:
