In visual advertisements for refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function, for the purposes of ensuring conformity with the requirements laid down in point 1(e) Article 3 and point (c) of Article 4, the energy efficiency class and the range of energy efficiency classes available on the label shall be shown as set out in point 4 of this Annex.
