Article 3 Olive oil

By way of derogation from Article 3(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006, for 2020, import licence applications for olive oil originating in Tunisia may not be lodged after Tuesday 15 December 2020.

By way of derogation from Article 3(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1918/2006, import licences for olive oil originating in Tunisia applied for during the periods listed in Annex III to this Regulation shall be issued on the corresponding dates specified therein.
