  "text": "When granting approval of assembly centres of dogs, cats and ferrets from which those animals are to be moved to another Member State, the competent authority shall ensure that such establishments comply with the following requirements set out in Part 5 of Annex I hereto:\n(a) point 1, in relation to isolation and other biosecurity measures;\n(b) point 3, in relation to facilities and equipment.",
