Article 16 Requirements for granting approval of status of confined establishments for terrestrial animals

When granting approval of a confined establishment for terrestrial animals which are to be moved within the same Member State or to another Member State, the competent authority shall ensure that such establishments comply with the following requirements set out in Part 9 of Annex I hereto:

1. (a)

   point 1, in relation to quarantine, isolation and other biosecurity measures;

2. (b)

   point 2, in relation to surveillance and control measures;

3. (c)

   point 3, in relation to facilities and equipment.
