  "text": "When granting approval of establishments keeping poultry from which poultry intended for purposes other than slaughter or hatching eggs are to be moved to another Member State, the competent authority shall ensure that such establishments comply with the following requirements set out in:\n(a) point 1 of Part 4 of Annex I, in relation to biosecurity measures;\n(b) point 2 of Part 4 of Annex I and Part 2 of Annex II, in relation to surveillance;\n(c) point 3 of Part 4 of Annex I, in relation to facilities and equipment.",
