  "text": "The following acts are repealed as from 21 April 2021:\nRegulation (EC) No 509/1999,\nRegulation (EC) No 2680/1999,\nDecision 2000/678/EC,\nDecision 2001/672/EC,\nRegulation (EC) No 911/2004,\nDecision 2004/764/EC,\nRegulation (EC) No 644/2005,\nRegulation (EC) No 1739/2005,\nDecision 2006/28/EC,\nDecision 2006/968/EC,\nDecision 2009/712/EC,\nRegulation (EU) 2015/262.\nReferences to the repealed acts shall be construed as references to this Regulation.",
