  "text": "1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n2. This Regulation shall apply from 10 March 2021.\n3. By way of derogation from paragraph 2 of this Article:\n(a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(b) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(c) Articles 8(2a) and 9(4a) shall apply:\n(i)in respect of the environmental objectives referred to in points (a) and (b) of Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, from 1 January 2022; and\n(ii)in respect of the environmental objectives referred to in points (c) to (f) of Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, from 1 January 2023;\n(d) Article 11(1), (2) and (3) shall apply from 1 January 2022.",
