  "text": "The operator responsible for the consignment shall transport the consignments of goods referred to in Article 23(1) from approved warehouses to one of the following destinations:\n(a)a border control post in order to leave the territory of Great Britain to go to:\n(i)a NATO or US military base; or\n(ii)any other destination in a third country;\n(b)another approved warehouse;\n(c)a NATO or US military base located in the territory of Great Britain or any of the territories of the Crown Dependencies;\n(d)a vessel leaving the territory of Great Britain to travel to a third country, where, the consignments are intended for ship supplying purposes;\n(e)a place where the consignments are to be disposed of in accordance with Chapter II of Title I of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council.",
