  "text": "The frequency rates for physical checks of consignments of trade samples shall be in accordance with the description of the categories of goods provided in this Annex.\nBaseline criteria for determining baseline frequency rates for identity checks and physical checks\nBaseline frequency rates that apply to\nRisk category\nCategory of animals or goods\nidentity checks\nphysical checks\nI\nAnimals\n100 %\n100 %\nII\nMinced meat, mechanically separated meat and meat preparations for human consumption (HC)\nPoultry meat for HC\nRabbit meat, game meat, and their meat products for HC\nEggs for HC\nEgg products for HC which are preserved at frozen or chilled temperatures\nMilk for HC\nDairy products and colostrum-based products for HC, which are preserved at frozen or chilled temperatures\nFishery products from aquaculture and bivalve molluscs for HC, which are not in hermetically sealed containers intended to render them stable at ambient temperature\nAnimal by-products and derived products, for feeding of farmed animals\n100 %\n30 %\nIII\nMeat other than meat mentioned in Category II, and meat products derived from such meat, for HC\nRendered animal fat and greaves for HC\nPoultry meat products for HC\nEgg products for HC, other than those mentioned in Category II\nDairy products and colostrum-based products for HC other than those mentioned in Category II\nFishery products other than those mentioned in Category II\nHoney and other apiculture products for HC\nComposite products\nHatching eggs\nOrganic fertilisers and soil improvers, derived from animal by-products\nFrog legs and snails for HC\nInsects for HC\n100 %\n15 %\nIV\nGelatine and collagen for HC\nCasings\nSemen and embryos\nAnimal by-products and derived products, other than those mentioned in Category II and Category III\n100 %\n5 %\nV\nHighly refined products for HC\nHay and straw\nOther goods than those mentioned in Category II, Category III and Category IV\n100 %\n1 %",
