  "text": "1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n2. It shall apply from 1 January 2021.\n3. However, Article 5(2), (3) and (4), and Articles 11 to 15 shall apply from 1 January 2022.",
