# Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on European business statistics, repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics (Text with EEA relevance), Article 26: Entry into force and application

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
2. It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
3. However, Article 5(2), (3) and (4), and Articles 11 to 15 shall apply from 1 January 2022.
