# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2153 of 16 December 2019 on the fees and charges levied by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, and repealing Regulation (EU) No 319/2014, Division 1: Subject to point B, charges for training services delivered by Agency staff within the exercise of their functions, shall be levied as follows:

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

a)) for classroom training, either in-house or on-site, and online training, in accordance with the corresponding amounts set out in the Appendix;
b)) for other types of training services or related requests, in accordance with the hourly rate set out in the Appendix;
